Social & Daily Living Skills (SDLS)

Our Social and Daily Living Skills Program Uses the Connection with a Horse to Change Futures.

The Basics and Benefits of Our Social and Daily Living Skills Program:

A group training session with 3 to 4 participants

1 fifty minute session per week for 10 weeks

Increased healthy living and personal habits

Produces meaningful peer interaction in school, in the community, and in the home

Encourages appropriate and thoughtful problem solving skills

Clear understandable communication

Equine based activities that are designed to support 8 key fundamentals

Fundable through a variety of service categories

Once the SDLS series begins, we do not allow any new enrollments

Trinity Equestrian Center's therapeutic riding program is certified by the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH). All of our instructors are nationally certified in therapeutic riding through PATH, and our volunteers and horses have been carefully selected and trained for their roles.
