Horse Riding Lessons

Learn to ride a horse! We offer lessons year round in our indoor heated and outdoor arenas for those six years of age and older.

With decades of experience, our instructors offer horse riding lessons for beginners through advanced riders in a variety of disciplines including horsemanship, halter, jumping, pleasure, and performance. Lessons are given in an atmosphere of respect, patience, encouragement, and fun by experienced instructors who passionately love instructing and know what it takes to reach your goals.

Our goal is not only to turn you into a skilled, safe, and responsible horse rider but help you grow by encouraging, challenging, and fueling your love of horses. Lessons are typically scheduled on a weekly or every other week basis; however, we are able to accommodate any schedule.

Our lesson horses are chosen based on the pureness of their head and heart. Great care is taken in the selection.

Our horse riding lesson fees are:

One hour private lesson for $40

One and a half hour group lesson for $40
(minimum of two students and maximum of six students)

If you are unable to attend your lesson, please call your instructor in advance to avoid being charged for the entire lesson cost. Lesson spaces fill quickly, so book early!

What to Wear and Bring with You

We provide the horses and helmets, so all you need are your cowboy boots (no laced boots please), jeans, and a willing attitude. There is a vending machine in the lounge. You are welcome to bring a water bottle to use during the lesson.

Remember, in the winter months the barn and arena are only heated to 42 degrees for the health of the horses, so be sure to dress warm with gloves, boots ,and jacket (layering is best).

Call (715) 835-4530 to learn more.
