Bill Mattson,

Chief Executive Officer

Bill Mattson

After serving in the United States Airforce from 1969 to 1973, Bill got his bachelor's degree in mass communications and business administration from Mankato State University. Bill started his career at International Data Inc., a Minnesota commodities and real estate firm where he developed a listing software for commercial and agricultural properties.

Bill left IDI to hold public office for a municipality of approximately 5,000 people. During the12 years he served, he held positions of City Clerk, Treasurer, Building Inspector, Zoning Administrator, Health Officer, and City Administrator. After retirement from public office, Bill and his family moved to Eau Claire. For the past 20 years, he has provided area builders and real estate companies with construction controlling services including management of contracts, specifications, budgets, bookkeeping, cost controls, lien waivers, financing, and customer relations. In 2002, Bill, his wife Toni, and Toni's sister, Jan Behm, purchased Trinity Equestrian Center where he is responsible for business management.

Toni Mattson,

Toni Mattson

Toni graduated with a degree in marketing and merchandising following which she co-managed her family's 90 year old men's clothing store for six years.Toni left the clothing store for a position reorganizing the advertising department at a newspaper office and later served as Vice President overseeing the marketing department for an area national bank for four years.

When Bill and Toni decided to move to Eau Claire, Toni became a successful area realtor as well as an entrepreneur in internet sales and contact management services. In 2002, she became a co-owner fo Trinity Equestrian Center with her husband and sister. She obtained a degree from University of St. Thomas in fund development for non-profits organizations, received her certification from EAGALA , and then, in 2005, initiated the horse therapy programs for underprivileged and special needs kids, adults, families, and veterans. In 2009, Toni achieved one of her dreams and became an ordained Christian chaplain. Toni's primary responsibilities at Trinity are managing, marketing, fund development, and director of all programs and ministries.

Jan Behm,

Co-Founder, Director of Operations,
Director of Equine Services

Jan Behm

Jan also managed the family's 90 year old men's clothing store and continued to do so until its closing in 2001. In 2002, she became a co-owner of Trinity Equestrian Center along with her sister and brother-in-law. Jan has been integral in the start up of our healing and therapy center that serves underprivileged and special needs kids, adults, families, and veterans. Jan manages all horse-related operations at Trinity.
