She obtained a degree from University of St. Thomas in fund development for non-profit organizations, received her certification from EAGALA as a Certified Equine Specialist, and then, in 2005, initiated Trinity’s horse therapy programs for underprivileged and special needs kids, adults, families, and veterans.
Toni has been a speaker for God’s Great Outdoors traveling the country and Canada since 2002 and in 2009, became an ordained Christian chaplain.

One of Toni’s greats passions is to help other Equine Centers fulfill their dream by developing a successful, effective and purpose-filled equine therapy program.  She devotes much of her time these days to training, business development and consulting across the US and has development Trinity’s TEC University.

RACHAEL'S BIO

Rachael Mattson's Bio

Hello, I'm Rachael! I was taken on as as the Trinity Mentoring HR Director in January of 2018 after retiring my career as a registered nurse, but my time with Trinity started back in January of 2005 with Trinity Birthday Parties. I also started dating Ian at that time! We have been married since July 2010 and have 3 beautiful children with one more on the way and 2 awesome dogs! Ian is just as much my best friend and love of my life now as he was those first days back in January of 2005.  I love Jesus and believe He can be found anywhere and everywhere; all you have to do is look. I also love front porch sitting, enjoying the flowers, reading a good book, and eating delicious, fresh food!

In the past I have done day camps, trail rides, and riding lessons at Trinity. I will be continuing my education through PATH to become a certified therapeutic riding instructor and equine specialist.
