Our four-day camps (Mon.-Thurs., 10 AM to 3PM) are for riders six & up with one new exception, our Short Stirrup Camp for 5 year old riders. The learning, fun & games, in and out of the saddle are unmatched anywhere!
Short Stirrup Camp:
Finally, a camp for the half-pint, horse lovers!
This camp is designed for the 5 year old brothers
and sisters who feel left out or that have been told they’re too
young to learn how to ride. Not so!! Now it’s
their turn to get “nose-to-nose” with our furry
family and learn the very basics. Lots of patience,
love and step-by-step training takes place
here. |
| Laredo Camp: Perfectly designed for the younger camper who is eager to learn and get the basics of horsemanship, riding and safety...spending hours in the saddle. |
| Maverick Camp: “The next step” camp is for fine tuning horse skills & fun. Trying new & exciting things is the focus of this camp and tons of saddle time. (Must have completed Laredo Camp) |
| Jumping Camp: Finally! Here’s your chance to learn the basics of jumping, the step-by-step progression and process of jumping. It’s exciting and challenging… there’s nothing else like it! All riders must be at least 10 years old, must pass a riding evaluation by a TEC Instructor prior to registration for this camp and must be a proficient English rider. (small jumps only parents!) |
| Gymkhana Camp: All our campers LOVE horse’n around and playing riding games. You’ve hit the goldmine! Barrels, ribbon race, pole weaving, flag race and more. These campers must have completed Maverick Camp. This camp is all about learning control, accuracy and harmony through teamwork with your horse. It’s not only great training, but it’s a blast! |
| Horse Adventure Camp: This camp is for the rider who wants a little of everything. It’s a smorgasbord of barebacking, lounging, free riding & trail riding. Ever want to know what it takes to start a young colt? Here’s your chance. Hands-on, hearts on fire! |
| Triple Trail Camp: Trails, Extended Trails & Design-Your-Own Trail Course and ride it ! This camp is all about being in the great outdoors, no indoor riding here! Riders must be at least 7 years old. |
| English Camp: For those who like the challenge, refinement and joy of English riding, this camp is for YOU!!! You must have completed Maverick Camp and if you intend to enroll in the Jumping Camp, you must be proficient at English riding. |
All camps run from June-August, Monday through Thursday (4-Day sessions) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The cost is $295.00 per camper. All campers must be 6yrs. & up except for our new Short Stirrup Camp where 5yrs & up can also attend.
For our parent's convenience
and for a fee of $3/hr, you may
enroll your child into our Ranch
Care (day care) program before
and after your specific Day
Camp session.
