Community Connections

Community Connections is specifically designed for our area youth, giving them the opportunity to discover and connect with local resources in a meaningful way while working on their personalized goals. Participants work one-on-one with a youth counselor within a group setting, spending their time together exploring the beautiful Chippewa Valley.

The heart of this program is connection—connecting our teens with new resources and with each other. As they explore, they’re not just seeing new places; they’re building a toolbox of resources they can easily access now and in the future.

We believe that by equipping these young people with a strong foundation of resources and skills, we’re setting them up for success beyond their time at Trinity.
