Provider Eligibility
-
At least 18 years of age
-
High School Diploma or above
-
Have reliable transportation and a satisfactory driving record
-
Have a current and valid driver’s license as well as current/adequate auto insurance
-
Be willing and able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week with clients
-
Have never been accused, arrested, charged or convicted of child abuse/neglect, molestation, or any sexual misconduct
-
Be able to communicate with administrative staff in a routinely and timely manner (within 24 hours)
-
Not falsified information during the course of the screening process
-
Be able to adhere to Trinity Youth Development’s policies and procedures
