Volunteer At Trinity

Volunteers are part of the daily rhythm of our working ranch, and we are grateful.
Ranch Work

Getting Started

Volunteer Teams
Adaptive Riding
Volunteers help create safe, steady riding sessions in our indoor arena year-round. Volunteers walk alongside riders or assist with horse handling, working closely with an Equine Specialist for about one hour each week.

Barn
Barn Team volunteers spend time caring for the herd year-round, taking part in daily barn routines alongside the Barn Manager. Most volunteers serve in a three-hour shift once a week.
Maintenance
Maintenance volunteers pitch in with routine upkeep and projects that help keep the ranch running day to day, working alongside the Facilities Director. Scheduling varies based on needs.

Horse Exercise
Horse Exercise volunteers are practiced riders who help keep horses moving and fit through regular riding and conditioning. Schedules vary based on need and availability.
Events
Events volunteers help welcome visitors and groups to the ranch, taking part in activities and gatherings throughout the year. This team includes Reminiscing on the Ranch.

Community Volunteer Projects
Trinity Equestrian Center partners with businesses, organizations, and community groups who are looking for meaningful ways to serve together.

Community Volunteer Projects provide an opportunity for teams to spend an in-service day giving back through hands-on work that supports Trinity’s programs, facilities, and mission. These projects help keep our ranch running smoothly and directly impact the youth, families, veterans, and individuals we serve.

If your company or organization is interested in organizing a volunteer service day at Trinity, we invite you to submit a request below.
