Youth Counselor

Become a

At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or above
Have reliable transportation and a satisfactory driving record
Have a current and valid driver’s license as well as current/adequate auto insurance
Be willing and able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week with clients
Have never been accused, arrested, charged or convicted of child abuse/neglect, molestation, or any sexual misconduct
Be able to communicate with administrative staff in a routinely and timely manner (within 24 hours)
Not falsified information during the course of the screening process
Be able to adhere to Trinity Youth Development’s policies and procedures

Personal fulfillment through contribution to the community and clients’ lives
Flexible, independent, and rewarding position
Satisfaction in helping youth make progress and achieve individual goals

Gained experience in the human service field
